As promised, OnePlus has just announced the OnePlus Ace 3, the company’s latest smartphone in the Ace series, in China. It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X1 AMOLED display with 1-120Hz 8T LTPO, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and wet hand control.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC powers the phone, which has up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It has the same Tiangong cooling system as the OnePlus 12 and a 9140mm2 VC vapor chamber, as well as an AnTuTu score of over 1.74 million.
The phone has the same 50MP main camera with Sony IMX890 sensor and OIS as the Oneplus 11R, as well as an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro camera.

The phone still has the three-stage alert slide, but it has been repositioned to the phone’s left side, allowing OnePlus to introduce a new integrated antenna and the Alert Slider solution on the new device to deliver enhanced antenna performance for gaming, according to the company.
It has a 5500mAh battery, the largest on a OnePlus phone, and supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging, which can charge the phone completely in 27 minutes. According to the company, it is equipped with a SUPERVOOC S power management chip and has the industry’s highest discharge efficiency of 99.5%.

The OnePlus Ace 3 is available in Gold, Cool Blue, and Iron Gray and costs 2599 yuan (approximately USD 365 / Rs. 30,440). The 12GB+256GB model costs 2999 yuan (USD 422 / Rs. 35,125 approx. ), while the 16GB+1TB model costs 3,499 yuan (USD 492 / Rs. 41,610 approx.).
The phone is now available for pre-order and will be available for purchase in China on January 8th. On January 23rd, it will be available in global markets, including India, as the OnePlus 12R.
